Corporate Relations
Tailored eye care solutions and support for companies, insurance partners, and employees.

Introduction
With health insurance becoming a key component in employee benefit plans, many industries and corporate firms have adopted standardized medical reimbursement schemes in collaboration with trusted healthcare providers.
To meet the growing needs of such patients, Dr. Asa’s Amrutha Eye Clinic has established a dedicated Corporate Relations Department. This department exclusively handles cases involving insurance coverage and corporate medical tie-ups, ensuring a smooth experience for insured patients.
The unit is supported by a team of trained professionals who specialize in medical insurance procedures and reimbursement processes. Their expertise ensures efficient handling of documentation, pre-authorizations, and coordination with various insurance companies—making the treatment journey as seamless and hassle-free as possible for our patients.

Insurance & Corporate Assistance
-
At Dr. Asa’s Amrutha Eye Clinic, we offer full support for patients who are covered under medical insurance or reimbursement schemes for eye surgeries and daycare procedures. During registration, patients are asked to provide key insurance details such as Name, Age, ID Number, Policy Number, Diagnosis, Planned Treatment, and an estimated treatment cost, along with a signed declaration of their insurance coverage.
-
These details, along with clinical information, are forwarded to the respective insurance company or corporate health partner via secure digital systems or official communication for pre-authorization. Patients must also sign the required forms to help us process their claim quickly and efficiently.
-
Once the pre-authorization request is sent, it usually takes around 24 hours to receive a response. For scheduled treatments, we begin procedures only after the approval is received. In case of emergencies, the patient will be admitted first, and the insurance process will be initiated immediately afterward.
-
Our Corporate Relations Team is dedicated to coordinating with insurance providers and companies to clarify any queries and ensure timely processing. Patients are informed as soon as approval is received.
-
Important Notes:
-
Cashless treatment is available only after insurance approval.
-
If the insurance claim is not approved, the patient can still be treated under our general category, but without the cashless facility.
-
To simplify the claim process, we have created a custom checklist for each insurer and corporate partner, helping us handle documentation efficiently. With strong partnerships across major insurance providers and corporates, our goal is to provide a smooth, stress-free experience from admission to recovery.
